Bergamot FCF essential oil

Bergamot essential oil is uplifting and energising, and helps you to feel positive and happy. It is very supportive during sad, stressful and hectic times, including times of emotional upset and grief. Bergamot is also rich in vitamins and phytonutrients. It is a cleansing essential oil and is safe for skin that may be prone to breakouts.

Bergamot blends well with citrus oils, as well as lavender, cypress, neroli, jasmine and chamomile.

Bergamot essential oil is pressed from the peel of wild-harvested Sicilian organic bergamot fruit.

Amour Natural's bergamot oil is FCF (furocoumarin free) meaning it has all the light sensitive components have been removed., and is no longer phytotoxic. Bergamot that is not FCF might damage the skin when applied and exposed to sunlight.

Suggestions for use:

• Blend 6-10 drops and add to a bath
• Mix 5 drops with water and add to an oil burner
• Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation
• Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage
